days from 8 am to 10 pm (may close earlier if no vacancies) Arrival outside
these hours is by arrangement only. Children: we welcome children of
all ages. A baby cot is available on request (subject to availability. Additional Guests: Unless otherwise
specified rates quoted are based on amount of people occupying room (but
only up to the maximum occupancy of the room). There is an additional
charge for any extra guests above what you were quoted for. Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept cash, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Diners. American Express and Diners will
incur a surcharge. Reservations Guarantee: To guarantee your
reservation you will be asked for you credit card number. All payment for
accommodation must be made in full upon arrival. Incidental charges must be
paid for at time they are incurred.
Provision of credit card details is the authority to debit any
payment owing. Cancellations: To cancel your booking
you must notify us at least 48 hrs prior to our check-in time of 12pm.
Cancellations within this period will incur a cancellation fee equal to
that of your first nights accommodation which will be charged to you credit
card. At the time of booking you will be notified if a different
cancellation period applies eg: group bookings and special event periods. Shortened
stay: After check in should you shorten your stay,
you will be c harged
a minimum of one nights accommodation unless you are able to give us 24 hrs
notice. Group
Bookings: All group bookings require an email or fax
along with a credit card to confirm the booking. The cancellation period
will vary according to the type of booking and time of year, check with
reception staff for details. Rates
and Minimum Length of Stay Requirements:
Our rates vary by number of guests and duringperiods of high demand or major events we may
apply a surcharge or impose a minimun length of stay period, you will be
advised by our reception staff if this applies. Smoking: We do not permit smoking in our guest rooms. There are plenty of
areas around the grounds where smoking is permitted and we ask that you
dispose of you butts thoughtfully. A sanitation fee of nights accommodation
will be charged if smoking has occurred in the room. The fee will be

any vehicle requirements you ay have when making your booking to ensurewe
can accommodate your vehicle.ro Noise: For the comfort of other guests we have strict no noise policy after

Party Policy:This policy is designed to ensure that all our
guests can enjoy their time with usand not be inconvenienced through noise
and action of others. Any guest failing to comply with this may be asked to
leave without refund. Pets
and Animals: We are unable to accommodate any pets or
animals(with the exception of registered guide dogsfor the sight or hearing

Surveillance: Our carpark is fitted with security cameras,
to assist us in keeping the motel grounds as safe as we can but no
responsibility is taken for goods left in your car. Local
Taxes: All guests are subject to Goods and Services
Tax of 10% which is included in any or ancillary prices quoted. Gratuities
& Service Charges: Tips and gratuities to our
team members are at the guests discretion
and we do not apply ant compulsory service charges. Special
Assistance: We aim to do our best to accommodate guests
with a disability. We have limited wheelchair access to rooms. Most common
areas of the motel are accessable by wheelchair. Should you require special
assistance , please disscuss when booking so we can asses you will be
comfortable and we can accommodate you. Communication
& Privacy: Your personal information will be recorded
and used by only authorised persons who are required to keep your
information private. We will never use retained information for any other
purpose nor provide nor provide it to any other partywithout your prior
permission, except where legally obliged to. Changes
